    Terrible Customer Service and Website not working
    Summary
    I tried to view/change my reservation using the website.Although I've flown Frontier several times in the past I was unable to retrieve my reservation online. I had to call the 800 number, then guess what?
    Full Fright
    I was told by the recording that there was a 50 minute wait !!! When I finally reached a customer service agent and complained she seemed indifferent and "beaten down: but the number of complaints that she surely hears every day. Bottom line - Frontier deserves to go out of business.The way they treat customers with their "surprise" charges is despicable. I understand that they need to make money to survive but alienating their customers is clearly not the way to do it.I have not even got to the airport yet and I'm resolved never to fly them again.Beware Frontier you will get what you deserve in the end.

 I fly a fair amount (20+ times per year) and have been on almost all major US carriers, this one takes the cake as the worst!

 Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.

 Never again. Rude stewardesses, ignorant pilots, and nothing's free. The price isn't cheap enough for this.
