Cancelled flight 8/8. .
    I had scheduled a flight for July 30th, changed date till Aug 8th and paid $75.00 to change flight dates.Showed up for flight only to be told the flight was cancelled.
    Full Fright
    They will not refund my change fee and I got nothing for this. Is this how you stay afloat? Ripping people off. No email,message etc from airline. No reason for cancellation. The other airline were still flying in and out of Chicago they gave weather as the excuse when I called on 8/14 . No one even said they were sorry, Russ were very rude, as the "Face" of that speaks volumes. They told us all flights were booked till Wed the 13th, our return date. I feel I should be refunded my $75.00 since it was not my fault I didn't get to take my scheduled flight.I showed up and they didn't follow through on their commitment to me.

 They don't get anything right. 


 I fly a fair amount (20+ times per year) and have been on almost all major US carriers, this one takes the cake as the worst!

 Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.

 Traveling Frontier has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Rude, disrespectful and completely unhelpful. I would highly discourage traveling with them 


 "I detect an accent. Do you understand English?" - Frontier staff... This is clearly discrimination!!
