    Worst Airline Experience Ever.
    Summary
    I am a college student, so traveling home can always be a bit difficult because of cost, time to get back, the amount of luggage I can travel with, etc. I decided to go with Frontier Airlines because it was the cheapest flight that I could find going home, without having to pay any extra baggage fees.
    Full Fright
    I checked in online 24 hours before, and got to the airport with plenty of time to catch my flight. The first plane that I took was already running 30 minutes late. The plane had come in, they were just taking FOREVER to deboard. we did not leave on time. When I got off of that flight and went to the connecting flight, it was already delayed an hour and a half. I later found out that a small child had vomited on the plane we were about to get on, so it takes an hour and a half to clean it? On top of that, we didn't even board until a full 2 hours after it was supposed to depart. add another 30 minutes for "service and maintenance" and my flight was so late it was completely worthless. The staff were so unhelpful, had no idea what was going on at all. The plane was very small and uncomfortable, and the snack prices were through the roof, nothing complimentary to begin with, even after all the inconvenience we had. On top of that, they kept having flight attendants go through the aisles and ask you to sign up for a rewards membership. Very annoying and inconsiderate after all that had happened. finally, 4 hours later I arrived at my destination. I sent a complaint email to the company, to which they responded "we are receiving too many complaints at this time, sorry we cannot assist you."

 SO YOU(FRONTIER AIRLINES) GET AROUND BAGGAGE PROBLEMS BY MAKING NO ONE AVAILABLE TO TALK TO AT BAGGAGE CLAIM.

 I fly a fair amount (20+ times per year) and have been on almost all major US carriers, this one takes the cake as the worst!

 Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.
