    Frontier: and airline with a LOT of problems. Yeah, there were few nice people but there were WAYYY too many rumpy, bossy, rude stewardesses/check-in attendants. They also have slow service and an unreasonable policy that if you didn't call within 4 hours after the flight to report damaged luggage, they're not responsible for it!
    Full Fright
    This airline has a lot of problems. 1st time using them and I will never go back. There were some pleasant people along the way, but there were WAYYY too many grumpy, bossy, rude stewardesses/check-in attendants, and slow service (changing planes and getting the stroller in between--once, the pilot had to go get it! really??) Then, we got home late at night because of a delay (not the airline's fault). We couldn't see anything and I was exhausted w/ 2 kids. Found out a couple days later that they broke the back of the stroller, and my lining for my soft-sided luggage was broken into smithereens, which came pouring out when I dumped my clothes out to put them in the wash. I called, and because I hadn't reported it within 4 hours (!!!!), they wouldn't take responsibility. The supervisor never even called me back after I called twice and left messages. At least we didn't crash. So, that's good.

 SO YOU(FRONTIER AIRLINES) GET AROUND BAGGAGE PROBLEMS BY MAKING NO ONE AVAILABLE TO TALK TO AT BAGGAGE CLAIM.

 I fly a fair amount (20+ times per year) and have been on almost all major US carriers, this one takes the cake as the worst!

 Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.
