    Some of the policies and employees are ok and bearable.But most are not.
    Full Fright
    Frontier is very slow to answer their phones. Customer Care won't even talk to you, only by email. The hold times are anywhere from 30 min to an hour on better. I lost my miles with them because I could not talk to a person before they expired and when I finally got to a person I was too late and they said there was nothing they could do. Their no frills flights are OK. You have to buy everything but the employees are nice when you are able to talk to them... Thanks...

NOTABLE FRIGHTS
 SO YOU(FRONTIER AIRLINES) GET AROUND BAGGAGE PROBLEMS BY MAKING NO ONE AVAILABLE TO TALK TO AT BAGGAGE CLAIM.

 ...we were short a stewardess for our flight and we had to wait for them to arrive from another city...Completely unacceptable.

 I fly a fair amount (20+ times per year) and have been on almost all major US carriers, this one takes the cake as the worst!

 Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.

 Never again. Rude stewardesses, ignorant pilots, and nothing's free. The price isn't cheap enough for this.
