Customer Service at frontier is not service at all!!!
    My family's dream trip to Walt Disney World Resort could've been the best if not for the rudeness of frontier reps. Our flight was changed to leave 7 hours earlier than scheduled and on my flight back, I encountered the most unbelievably rude reps. They were unhelpful, unhappy and they took it out on all the passengers!

    I want to share my view concerning the customer service of this airline. I have been flying commercial for 26 years, 21 of those years were active duty so i have experienced a lot of travel.  Additionally, i studied Airport Management with Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. I just want to qualify that I'm not just whining. I booked a dream trip for my family to Walt Disney World Resort. My flight was changed twice in the month preceding travel and I ultimately had to take an addition vacation day off work because my flight was changed to leave 7 hrs earlier than I originally booked. When I tried to get another flight I was told by Frontier that this sort of thing happens all the time in the airline industry.  This is the first flight change I've experienced in 26 years. My flight to Orlando was pleasant and I began to think the Extremely rude telephone customer service I received when attempting to sort out my flight cancellation was an isolated experience. On my return flight, to my utter amazement I experienced the most unprofessional flight attendants I've ever seen. I don't want to understate this point, they were unbelievably rude?. Their interaction with people on the flight was aggressive and mean,. Several passengers were desperate for the restroom and the flight attendants sternly guarded the aisle, preventing them from using the restroom instead of politely explaining that the seat belt sign was on and they should remain seated:. When several people got up anyway rather than have an accident, they still wouldn't ask the pilot to make an announcement or an exception?.  They were unhelpful, unhappy and they took it out on all the passengers?. Again, I don't expect an answer but someone at Frontier may read this and do something about customer Service". It's cant be all about money folks:. We would rather pay a little more and fly with professionals. 4111e0
Frontier Failures
 The sexism and harassment was visceral and cruel by male agents. 


 They don't get anything right. 


 Depending on which rules they choose to enforce, you can never be assured that you will be granted access to their boarding process. 


 Traveling Frontier has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Rude, disrespectful and completely unhelpful. I would highly discourage traveling with them 


 Never again. Rude stewardesses, ignorant pilots, and nothing's free. The price isn't cheap enough for this.
