Never, ever again.
    My husband and I flew a few times on Frontier Airlines, and the service was always average. We were okay with that because the flights were cheaper. Then we had a terrible experience that made us never want to fly with them again.
    Full Fright
    When we got married my husband lived in California even though we got married in Ohio. A week before the wedding he was supposed to fly to Ohio and Frontier cancelled his flight. There was no notification of the cancellation until he got to the airport, and their solution was for him to drive 2 hours from San Diego to L.A. in traffic to make it to another flight serviced by a different airline. They were also unwilling to change our flights back, insisting that we fly back to San Diego even though his care was in L.A. When we called back and complained a little more they did reroute our flight to L.A. for us. I will never use them again no matter what.
Frontier Failures
 They don't get anything right. 


 The worst airline I've flown. 


 ...we were short a stewardess for our flight and we had to wait for them to arrive from another city...Completely unacceptable. 


 I fly a fair amount (20+ times per year) and have been on almost all major US carriers, this one takes the cake as the worst!
