    Our flight was cancelled because an attendant didn't show up for work. There is nothing Frontier could do about this. The return flight was delayed due to mechanical issues and no compensation, not even a voucher, was given.
    Full Fright
    My wife and I have flown Frontier as a preference for years. Our latest trip we booked was handled very poorly and we will not use them again. The first flight was cancelled at the last minute (literally as we stood in the ticketing line) due to flight attendants failing to show for work. The airline had no contingency plan for missing attendants. The airline was not well equipped to handle rebooking. Phone attendants were only available after long hold times. They excused themselves as having less capability than onsite personnel to assist. Onsite personnel did try to rebook; however, Frontier does not maintain sufficient partner relationships with other airlines to use their open seats. We were rebooked a full day later for travel after several hours at the airport. I contacted the airline to inquire about vouchers or accommodations for the inconvenience. The airline has not responded after two weeks. Our return flight was delayed due to mechanical issue. After two hours, the onsite personnel stated that a voucher would be provided for the inconvenience and would be handed to us as we boarded. No vouchers were offered. Worst customer service I have seen from an airline in all my years of flying. I had plenty of time to research the company while delayed and note that they have been sold and will likely be resold again soon. It is no surprise that the leadership team is not holding together the front lines. When uncertainty abounds... teamwork falters.

 Depending on which rules they choose to enforce, you can never be assured that you will be granted access to their boarding process.

 Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.

 Never again. Rude stewardesses, ignorant pilots, and nothing's free. The price isn't cheap enough for this.
