Frontier is horrible!
Frontier Airlines caused us to miss our connecting flight and refused to do anything about it. They didn't even offer us an apology.
    Full Fright
Arranged a round-trip flight from Chicago to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. We arrived back to Chicago at 6:00 and had a connecting flight to make at 9:00 through Spirit. We were unable to deboard the plane until 7:20 due to an unspecified problem at the gate. They moved the plane to a different gate and we ran through the first customs to get our checked bags. Somehow there was an  issue with Frontier's luggage crew and they couldn't get anyone's luggage to the carousel. We waited at the carousel until 8:45 when our bags finally arrived. We sprinted through the airport but we're unable to make our connecting flight. We had to pay $100 through Spirit to reschedule a flight 24 hours from then. We went to the Frontier desk and asked for at least a hotel voucher since we were stuck overnight and they refused. They took no responsibility and said because we landed on time (even though we could not get off the plane for an hour and 20 minutes) we were out of luck. When we pointed out the entire plane did not receive their luggage until 8:45 they again said it was not their fault and they would do nothing. So now we're stuck In Chicago for 24 hours in nothing but beach clothes at below zero degree temperatures and not even so much as an apology. Screw Frontier Airlines.
Frontier Failures
 They don't get anything right.

 The worst airline I've flown.

 Cheaper isn't always better.

Depending on which rules they choose to enforce, you can never be assured that you will be granted access to their boarding process.

I have never had a more infuriating, more frustrating, or more demoralizing experience traveling in my life!
