    They waited for the bags but not the passengers!
    Summary
    My daughter was left stranded in Denver when they missed their connecting flight because of the delay in departure of their flight from Indianapolis. I had to travel 3 hours to pick them up. When we got home, the original airline called and said the bags were there while I was at LAX picking them up. this means that they held the plane for the bags but not the passengers! I called CS but it seems there is no CS that would answer!

    Absolute worst operational airline in the nation. If they had negative stars Frontier would have earned it. My daughter and her 6 year old autistic child were left stranded in Denver after a flight departure delay in Indianapolis made them miss their flight even though they were promised the connection would be held. Plane arrived 5 minutes prior to departure at the gate next door and they went ahead and left due to "time restrictions" even though they knew they were on the plane. Were rerouted 110 miles from their original destination causing me 3 hours of travel to pick them up. Finally arrived home at 1AM. Oddly enough her luggage made it to the flight. That's right - the original airline called and said her bags were there while I was at LAX picking her up meaning that they held the plane for the bags but not the passengers. Next day we had to have the airport operator finally track someone down to even get our bags since Frontier doesn't have a lost baggage area in the airport. The 24 hour anytime customer service line kindly informed me that they in fact were not a 24 hour service and I could leave a message which I did and of course was never returned. We were also told that they are going to contracted labor and everyone is losing their jobs at the end of July which is why no one cares. Forgot about the 1st flights bathrooms that smelled like a pigpen also. DIrtiest plane ever been on. Do yourself a favor and never fly this airline.

 ...we were short a stewardess for our flight and we had to wait for them to arrive from another city...Completely unacceptable.
