Full Fright
My mother is 83 years old. She needed a wheelchair and had to check her luggage. Her Kindle Fire was stolen from her checked suitcase. The Frontier customer service person, who is named Jeanie, would only offer a $50.00 discount on her next flight. That is the policy. She will probably not be flying on Frontier Airlines again. My mother was also missing one of her prescription medications. She was very worried about it, and could not figure out what happened to it. She didn't think about someone steeling that as well. They did. My mother is to frustrated to pursue It. I tried. I was told I would be getting a call back, and have not. I will try again tomorrow. This is frustrating. I will never fly Frontier because of this.
