Frontier is the absolute worst
Frontier Airlines is the absolute worst in an already terrible industry. They treat their customers - you know, the people that keep them in business - like wallets with people attached.
    Full Fright
$2 for a soda, $2 to pick your seat (which you can't get around if you're booking your flight online), and you pay for CARRY ON bags. If you can't manage to cram your carry on into the device they have at the gate that determines if your bag is considered a carry on by size, then it's $50 (MANDATORY) to check it at the gate. When I asked for a glass of water to make a bottle for my infant daughter during the flight, they charged me for it. Taking a 4-hour flight and plan to watch the in-flight movie/TV? You're going to have to pay for that. Even better, if you elect not to buy the movie/TV viewing privilege, they play the same 5 commercials on the seat-back screen for the entire flight. Most, if not all, airlines suck these days, but Frontier takes it to new heights.I wouldn't recommend them to even my worst enemy.
Frontier Failures
 They don't get anything right.

 Cheaper isn't always better.

Depending on which rules they choose to enforce, you can never be assured that you will be granted access to their boarding process.

Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.

furious passenger

Traveling Frontier has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Rude, disrespectful and completely unhelpful. I would highly discourage traveling with them
