Never again with Frontier Airline!
    I booked a flight for 10 people via Apple and 9 out of 10 got preferred seats. I spent hours on the phone to have the last one's preferred seat and was assured it will be assigned only to find out before the flight that I would be away from my family on that trip, alone for hours. And they didn't honor the coupons given to us by the flight attendants on the southbound trip. I am a frequent international traveler and Frontier has received my last dollar. I'll fly Delta or US Air the next time.
    Full Fright
    I booked a vacation for 10 people on Frontier Airlines through Apple Vacations in March of 2013. 9 of the 10 people had "Preferred Perks" assigned seats on flight #27 from CVG to Cancun leaving at 11:05 AM 7/27/2013. I emailed and phoned Frontier Airlines and spoke with several people before flying requesting that the 10th person be assigned a seat near the other 9 family members. I was assured by both Apple and Frontier many times that I would be assigned seat 5F both down and back which was near my family. When I arrived at the airport, the ticket person put me in seat 20F and said he had no record of a seat assignment for me. I was very upset that I would be sitting alone on the plane and that all those hours (yes, it was HOURS)I spent on the phone with Frontier and Apple was for absolutely nothing. The ticket person told me to see the person at boarding check in. This is where the customer service went from bad to worse! I asked the man at the boarding check in to put me with my family in rows three or four and NOT to change my husbands seat to sit next to me in row 20. I asked him this three times and all three times he handed my husband a ticket for row 20. Finally, the fourth time I asked him NOT to move my husband that it was my ticket that needed reassigning, he got really snippy and said in a sarcastic tone "You're kind of high maintenance, aren't you?" This is the way you treat customers who just paid over $6000 for 10 tickets to Cancun on your airlines??? I was so embarrassed in front of the other travelers that I was speachless! Nice attitude for someone who is supposed to be helping people. I wish I had gotten his name but he was working on Sat morning, July 27th in Greater Cincinnati airport at the departure gate for flight #27 at 11:00AM. Shouldn't be too hard for Frontier to figure out who it was. That wasn't where the Frontier/Apple nightmare ended. On the way back from Cancun to CVG we were supposed to get free drinks and free box snacks having paid extra for "Preferred Perks". NOT! The flight attendents had no idea what we were talking about and said they had to charge us for drinks and box snacks even though we had coupons for them given to us by the flight attendants on the southbound trip. Who runs this airline - Mickey Mouse???? Frontier needs to get their act together quickly if they want to be competitive and survive in a very difficult business. Hire better people, get new management, better communications between flights = better overall flight experience. I am a frequent international traveler and Frontier has received my last dollar. I'll fly Delta or US Air the next time.
Frontier Failures
 The sexism and harassment was visceral and cruel by male agents. 


 Cheaper isn't always better. 


 Unacceptable...I will stick with Southwest Airlines from now on, and tell anyone else to do the same. the few bucks saved wasn't worth the inconvenience.

 This airline is an absolute joke, they nickel and dime you for everything, there is no customer service, and apparently the idea of a flight going as planned is impossible. With the arrival of United and Delta to our area never again will I fly with Frontier 


 Traveling Frontier has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Rude, disrespectful and completely unhelpful. I would highly discourage traveling with them
