Charged for "oversized" carry-on bag at the connection!
I flew from Cincinnati to Bozeman, connecting through Denver. My trip was to go fly fishing in Montana, so I had an expensive fly rod with me. I checked in and boarded in Cincinnati with no problem. But not in Denver.
    Full Fright
In Denver the gate agent refused to let me board because my fly rod did not fit the size requirements. I said "they had no problem with it in Cincinnati" to which he replied "well I wasn't in Cincinnati." I asked for a supervisor who said the same thing. When I asked for her name, she said she didn't have to give it to me. Then I was charged $35 to check the rod.If I had known beforehand, it would have cost only $15 at online check-in. This was, hands down, the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Frontier Failures
Good Luck not with us and probably not with the millions of parents and families who has a VERY SPECIAL PERSON and yes they are SPECIAL because they don't see this world as cruel as you do.

Air crew forced us to violate FAA’s on-board regulations!

Unacceptable...I will stick with Southwest Airlines from now on, and tell anyone else to do the same. the few bucks saved wasn't worth the inconvenience.

Julius Caesar C

...we were short a stewardess for our flight and we had to wait for them to arrive from another city...Completely unacceptable.

This airline is awful. They nickel and dime you, they are rude and unorganized. I will never fly this airline again...EVER
