    Was lied to multiple times
    Summary
    My husband and I were flying back from Salt Lake City, UT on our honeymoon.I called a week in advance when I found out we needed to extend our flight one more day.
    Full Fright
    I was told over the phone to call on midnight of Oct 16, 2013 to ask for a same day seat change. It would cost $50 for each seat. I asked if that was the correct day to call multiple times b/c our original flight left at 4:45pm that day. It didn't sound right to call after our flight had left. She reassured me sever times it was correct. So we called at 9:30pm on Oct 16 & found out it was to late to be calling to change our seats since our flight already left. Only have 24 hrs to change flight. I was never told this. We tried to use my early return miles to purchase tickets & only flights available were Oct 22 or 29. We have children & jobs to get back to we can't stay for another 1-2 weeks. Since we couldn't use my rewards we had to pay full price plus $75 booking fee. They waved the $10 fee. Still cost us over $1,000 for us to fly home & we had to fly separate flights my flight left at 7:20am & his left at 2:06pm. We both connected in Denver, CO & ended in Indpls, IN. We begged everyone if we could be put on the same flight if it wasn't full. We were told it was full. However, at last few minutes the gate checker told 3 ticket holders they missed their flight & couldn't get on & let 2 non-ticketed passengers jump flight right in front of my husband who needed to be on the flight with me. This pissed him off. He stayed at the same gate & waited for the 10:50am flight to see if he could get a standby seat. He got it & paid extra $50 to get home early. When he got to Denver he hurried to frontier office to get another standby ticket on the next flight to Indy which he got but paid another $50 again to get home before midnight like originally planned. While in UT, my husband found out we could've flew together at 2:06pm b/c there was pleanty of empty seats. When booking over the phone we were told there were no flights we could ride together that's why we got separated. Tired of being lied to & watch employees manipulate flight seats to benefit others over the ticket holders. Tired of seeing employees with rude attitudes towards flyers & when demoing safety techniques or checking bags. Lots of rudeness. Our final cost was around $1,200 out of pocket just to get home from our honeymoon at a decent hour and on 2 separate flights which ment we had to come back to the airport twice to pickup me & then my husband when he finally arrived at 7pm. Not sure if I want to continue using frontier MasterCard to continue earning early return miles due to our experience. Plus they no longer fly to Mazatlan, MX.Not happy with all the new changes & cost increases.

 Unacceptable...I will stick with Southwest Airlines from now on, and tell anyone else to do the same. the few bucks saved wasn't worth the inconvenience.

 I fly a fair amount (20+ times per year) and have been on almost all major US carriers, this one takes the cake as the worst!

 Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.

 Traveling Frontier has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Rude, disrespectful and completely unhelpful. I would highly discourage traveling with them

 "I detect an accent. Do you understand English?" - Frontier staff... This is clearly discrimination!!
