Very expensive out-of-pocket.
    Our flight today is cancelled and there is no effort from Frontier staff to have it rebooked TODAY. They only offered refund or hotel vouchers should you wish to wait for their rebooked flight 5 DAYS AFTER.
    Full Fright
    Scheduled to fly Frontier 902, ATL to TTN, today. Flight canceled without notification or explanation. Next flight offering to TTN was in 5 days! Frontier refused to assist with rebooking on an alternate airline. Offered only refund or hotel voucher. Customer service offered no other assistance. I was left on my own to book same day out of ATL on Memorial holiday (to PHL, requiring trains and cab to reach my car at TTN airport). Very expensive out-of-pocket.

 Cheaper isn't always better. 


 I fly a fair amount (20+ times per year) and have been on almost all major US carriers, this one takes the cake as the worst!

 Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.

 Traveling Frontier has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Rude, disrespectful and completely unhelpful. I would highly discourage traveling with them 


 "I detect an accent. Do you understand English?" - Frontier staff... This is clearly discrimination!!
