because of a door pin
My first flight with Frontier got delayed because of a door pin maintenance and because of that, I will make sure that will be the last.
    Full Fright
I flew Frontier for the first and only time yesterday. My scheduled 5:40pm flight from TTN to CVG did not leave until 9:44pm. I had signed up for alerts in case of a delay and was not notified until i arrived at the airport. The counter staff were extremely rude and uninformative, offered no explanation except " I think there was no air traffic controller at one of the stops". I did receive an email apology and offered a $75 credit for a future flight which they could give me a free flight and I would refuse. They can't even get the apology correct, I flew on June 24 but the apology which I cut and pasted as follows " We apologize that Frontier flight 935 from Trenton to Cincinnati on June 2, 2014 was delayed 4 hours for maintenance replacing a door pin" NOTICE June 2, 2014. I am counting the days until this airline folds and does the traveling public a huge favor.
Frontier Failures
Good Luck not with us and probably not with the millions of parents and families who has a VERY SPECIAL PERSON and yes they are SPECIAL because they don't see this world as cruel as you do.

Unacceptable...I will stick with Southwest Airlines from now on, and tell anyone else to do the same. the few bucks saved wasn't worth the inconvenience.

Depending on which rules they choose to enforce, you can never be assured that you will be granted access to their boarding process.

I have never had a more infuriating, more frustrating, or more demoralizing experience traveling in my life!

This airline is awful. They nickel and dime you, they are rude and unorganized. I will never fly this airline again...EVER
