Plane - Bus - Rental Car
Bird strikes (twice). Resulting in two cancelled flights
    Full Fright
I fly from MCI (Kansas City) to DEN (Denver) to COS (Colorado Springs) every other weekend... Here's a short list of what I've experienced in Reader's Digest (short form) Bird strikes (twice). Resulting in two cancelled flights Flight from DEN to COS cancelled and passengers were loaded on a BUS to COS (it's an hour drive for 15 min flight). This is where I opted to rent a car and DRIVE in order to make an appointment on time. Flight delayed five hours from LGA (New York) to MCI (KC). I ended up flying standby from LGA to ORD (chicago) on American and got home before the flight even left LGA. Thank you American Air. PU Frontier Flight cancelled from COS to DEN on a 6am Monday flight.. they wanted to reroute me through Houston to get to KC. I opted to stay in COS another day and fly out the next day at 6am.. WHERE IT HAPPENED AGAIN. 6am flight cancelled two days in a row. Need I say more? Their customer service people and gate agents probably know me by name due to the many issues I've had... On a good note.. since I travel so much I'm a Summit member (highest level as a Frequent Flier) which allows me to board the plane first so my bags always have a spot.. and I get free tv service, seat upgrades, no baggage fees and snacks.. which is nice.. I don't miss the cookies.. just the smell of them baking on the plane...
Frontier Failures
Good Luck not with us and probably not with the millions of parents and families who has a VERY SPECIAL PERSON and yes they are SPECIAL because they don't see this world as cruel as you do.

 The worst airline I've flown.

Depending on which rules they choose to enforce, you can never be assured that you will be granted access to their boarding process.

I have never had a more infuriating, more frustrating, or more demoralizing experience traveling in my life!

Never again. Rude stewardesses, ignorant pilots, and nothing's free. The price isn't cheap enough for this.
