    My flight was cancelled, and my luggage was lost

    My flight #166 from Denver to Madison was cancelled on Wed., JUne 18th.then I was delayed in Denver for 48 hours, with no options except to fly out on Friday, June 20th on flight #166. But it doesn't end here.
    Full Fright
    Then my luggage did not arrive, and I did not hear about it for 37 and a half hours. I spent many hours on the phone with Frontier Airlines, and waited 48 minutes, then 32 minture, then trying to locate my luggage another 38 minutes, and was given a # to call that was a woman's home phone number. I missed several important dr. appts., my medicines, my personal items, my electronics, and outfits I planned to wear to an important event on Sunday. Plus the stress all of this put on my body. I missed several planned events, had back and knee problems. I am so frustrated that Frontier has not communicated with me. I have tried to call, and left a message, but I have not heard anything. I had trouble finding where to look on your website, to file a complaint. I tried to book a seat on the website before my flight left, and could not do it until I paid for my luggage, which had already been paid for, since it was a cancelled flight. I could go on and on about my frustrations, but you do not allow us to talk to anyone about our frustrations. I am not happy with the communications in your airlines.  Good Luck not with us and probably not with the millions of parents and families who has a VERY SPECIAL PERSON and yes they are SPECIAL because they don't see this world as cruel as you do.

 ...we were short a stewardess for our flight and we had to wait for them to arrive from another city...Completely unacceptable.

 This airline is awful. They nickel and dime you, they are rude and unorganized. I will never fly this airline again...EVER

 Never again. Rude stewardesses, ignorant pilots, and nothing's free. The price isn't cheap enough for this.
