flight cancelled, no explanation, no effort to rebook or help
    With our flight cancelled, we have to find our own way to fly to a city near Wilmington.
    Full Fright
    They cancelled our flight from Orlando to Wilmington at the last minute saying the plane did not ever leave Denver. They said maybe they could get us on a flight in 3 days! They would not help even help us find another airline to fly. They just gave us a business card with a 1-800-432-1359 number on it. This had a 67 minute wait time. We had to pay top dollar at US Air to get to a city close to Wilmington.
Frontier Failures
 Good Luck not with us and probably not with the millions of parents and families who has a VERY SPECIAL PERSON and yes they are SPECIAL because they don't see this world as cruel as you do. 


 Unacceptable...I will stick with Southwest Airlines from now on, and tell anyone else to do the same. the few bucks saved wasn't worth the inconvenience.

 ...we were short a stewardess for our flight and we had to wait for them to arrive from another city...Completely unacceptable. 


 I have never had a more infuriating, more frustrating, or more demoralizing experience traveling in my life! 


 This airline is awful. They nickel and dime you, they are rude and unorganized. I will never fly this airline again...EVER
