    Yes. You read it right. A Southwest personnel checked us in for our Frontier flight because Frontier staff are nowhere to be found.
    Full Fright
    Our flight from Seattle to Branson and back was the worst experience ever. I felt at each terminal that it was their first day in business and they had not worked the bugs out of the system. All the employees seem to be angry about something, poor morale and no idea of what customer service is all about. The only good thing about this trip was leaving the Branson airport, my wife and I arrived there early, no Frontier people there, however a Southwest agent checked us in and we had absolutely no problems.

 Good Luck not with us and probably not with the millions of parents and families who has a VERY SPECIAL PERSON and yes they are SPECIAL because they don't see this world as cruel as you do.

 But Frontier has LIED, telling AMEX we flew all four segments which is an absolute lie!

 Unacceptable...I will stick with Southwest Airlines from now on, and tell anyone else to do the same. the few bucks saved wasn't worth the inconvenience.

 I have never had a more infuriating, more frustrating, or more demoralizing experience traveling in my life!

 Never again. Rude stewardesses, ignorant pilots, and nothing's free. The price isn't cheap enough for this.
