Hands down worst customer service of any airline/company
    I first attempted to call their customer service line to resolve my problem, and everytime I called there was a 45+ minute wait, so I emailed instead. But issue still didn't get resolved.
    Full Fright
    Keep in mind it takes them 3-4 days to respond to emails (which I find unacceptable) so I tried to work it out with them for a few weeks. Following my initial complaint, the customer service rep went in and deleted all my airline miles I had accumulated, seeing as how my initial contact with them was resolving and issue on using them. Second, they didn't even bother to tell me they deleted the miles, they tried to play me for being ignorant and said I had no miles. Three weeks of battling with them, they have restored part of my points and refuse to assist with my initial issue of using the points. Absolutely worst customer service ever!
Frontier Failures
 Good Luck not with us and probably not with the millions of parents and families who has a VERY SPECIAL PERSON and yes they are SPECIAL because they don't see this world as cruel as you do. 


 Unacceptable...I will stick with Southwest Airlines from now on, and tell anyone else to do the same. the few bucks saved wasn't worth the inconvenience.

 ...we were short a stewardess for our flight and we had to wait for them to arrive from another city...Completely unacceptable. 


 I have never had a more infuriating, more frustrating, or more demoralizing experience traveling in my life! 


 This airline is awful. They nickel and dime you, they are rude and unorganized. I will never fly this airline again...EVER
