Awful! Worst airlines I have ever had to deal with!
    I had to fly my 12 year old sister home as an unaccompanied minor, which required us to wait in a special line. We thought things will go well. But we're wrong.
    Full Fright
    There were two lines and both looked reasonably short, plus she only had a carry on so we thought we would be through the line pretty quick. Boy was I wrong. We weren't moving and it turns out because 1 check in counter was empty and we only had 2 people working our line and they BOTH were only working our line in between the regular check in (which had lines on both sides of us and were extremely long). We stood in line for an hour and by time we were to the front every one of the adults escorting a minor was extremely upset. Everyone that was finally getting to check in were being told that the flights were already full and their minor wouldn't be able to fly out until Wednesday! EVEN THOUGH these people had already bought flights in advance! They were bumping all the minors off the planes! They were telling a lot of people that they were too late and couldn't get on the plane! EVEN THOUGH it was their extremely slow line that put all these people in this situation! By the time I got to the counter I was expecting bad news but everyone was getting the same news so I had already planned to be calm and deal with it because they already had their hands full. The clerk checking us in took our info and went all the way to the other end of the checkout counter away from me. I should have known it was only going to get worse when a lady finally decided to jump on the empty check in counter. This lady was insanely rude to the man next to me in line. He was upset like all the rest of us escorting minors through the Unaccompanied Minors line and wanted to ask a question but she was instantly extremely rude to him to the point of even picking her monitor up off the counter and thrusting it towards him to show him that she was "logging in" and could not answer any questions. He was in a low tone and to me was not deserving of her attitude. She talked over him and said "I am doing all that I can! I am not even supposed to be here today but I am! So I am doing all that I can!!" Finally when he came back he gave me her boarding pass and my pass to get through the airport with her. I was shocked and extremely happy! I assume it was because she didn't have a check in bag. BUT because of our extremely long wait in line we had 20 minutes to get through security and to the gate. By the time we got to the gate we had 3 minutes before her plane was to take off and no one was there and the door was shut! I was in their customer service line by the time her flight was to leave. The lady at the counter wanted nothing to do with me because I was obviously angry from running through the entire airport and her still missing her flight. She brushed me off and told me to wait for someone. The punk that finally came out also wanted nothing to do with me. He would not look me in the eye and didn't care that it was his check in counter that made us cut it short on time. All he could tell me is that I didn't arrive early enough and we DID NOT make it on time. Of course all this was only making me angrier. He told me that there were no more flights and that the best he could do was get her to Austin! I asked him if he knew how far Austin was from Dallas and he immediately responded with 190 miles. I was astonished! Send a 12 year old by herself to a city 3 1/2 hours from her destination!?! I asked what else he could do and he said that there were no available flights until Wednesday! All this guy could do was avoid eye contact, roll his eyes at me, and laugh at me. NEVER HAVE I EVER DEALT WITH SUCH HORRIBLE PEOPLE!

 The worst airline I've flown. 


 Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.

 Never again. Rude stewardesses, ignorant pilots, and nothing's free. The price isn't cheap enough for this. 


 "I detect an accent. Do you understand English?" - Frontier staff... This is clearly discrimination!!
