The representatives "choose" who to charge extra
I don't know what their basis is, but I surely didn't miss the fact that they do not make everyone pay for carry ons.
    Full Fright
Four of us travelled from Philadelphia to Cancun on May 29 2014, flight 19 at 7.15 am. I was not allowed to take my carry-on bag onto the plane unless I paid $50. My other choice was to have them check it for $25, so two of us paid additional $50 for small carry-on bags. The other couple was not charged any money for their carry-on bags with the same customer service representative. My request to speak with supervisor was ignored. The customer service personnel could not have been ruder. On return flight from Cancun to Philadelphia on June 8, 2014 we did not have any charges for the same carry-on bags. I will never look at Frontier again when booking a trip.
Frontier Failures
Good Luck not with us and probably not with the millions of parents and families who has a VERY SPECIAL PERSON and yes they are SPECIAL because they don't see this world as cruel as you do.

Air crew forced us to violate FAA’s on-board regulations!

Unacceptable...I will stick with Southwest Airlines from now on, and tell anyone else to do the same. the few bucks saved wasn't worth the inconvenience.

I fly a fair amount (20+ times per year) and have been on almost all major US carriers, this one takes the cake as the worst!

This airline is awful. They nickel and dime you, they are rude and unorganized. I will never fly this airline again...EVER
