    Quickie: - Left off the flight list: did not notify some of its travelers (I was one of the lucky ones) - Long wait time for phone agent - No compensation for creating inconveniences to its customers - Lack of staff to assist long lines *Kiosk customer service: mediocre And then...? Fail. It's gotta be one heckuva deal again for me to fly with Frontier.

 Depending on which rules they choose to enforce, you can never be assured that you will be granted access to their boarding process.

 Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.

 Traveling Frontier has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Rude, disrespectful and completely unhelpful. I would highly discourage traveling with them
