Two missed flights, their fault, no refund or help, hours and hundreds of dollars wasted!
    The first flight left 20 minutes early, and a $75 fee was issued to get the next one, supposedly 45 mins later.First off, later I was told that 75 fee was not supposed to happen because it was not my fault, but they didn't refund it anyways.
    Full Fright
    The next flight was 1.5 hours late and after already going through security and stepping outside to smoke a cigarette, I was held in security for 45 minutes for no reason. That made me miss that flight and I was told "too bad" they wouldn't help me get another plane trip and didn't refund my ticket price (they offered a measly $250 credit that I had to use there). Wasted about $500 and spent 6 grueling hours at the airport.I will NEVER fly Frontier again, and will try to sue them for stealing my money and time.

 Good Luck not with us and probably not with the millions of parents and families who has a VERY SPECIAL PERSON and yes they are SPECIAL because they don't see this world as cruel as you do. 


 Air crew forced us to violate FAA’s on-board regulations! 


 But Frontier has LIED, telling AMEX we flew all four segments which is an absolute lie! 


 Unacceptable...I will stick with Southwest Airlines from now on, and tell anyone else to do the same. the few bucks saved wasn't worth the inconvenience.

 This airline is an absolute joke, they nickel and dime you for everything, there is no customer service, and apparently the idea of a flight going as planned is impossible. With the arrival of United and Delta to our area never again will I fly with Frontier
