HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    My flight was delayed with no known reason and the rep I asked were rude!
    Full Fright
    Guess what ?My flight has been delayed 1.45 min. I'm asking the reason for that delay because the weather is perfect and I was told that they don't have enough crew members for this flight. I was about to ask another question and the frontier employees didn't want to answer any of my questions and they were very rude. I'm still pissed so I don't even want to go further with this comment. Long story short.....Frontier Su....ks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Frontier Failures
 Good Luck not with us and probably not with the millions of parents and families who has a VERY SPECIAL PERSON and yes they are SPECIAL because they don't see this world as cruel as you do. 


 Air crew forced us to violate FAA’s on-board regulations! 


 Cheaper isn't always better. 


 Unacceptable...I will stick with Southwest Airlines from now on, and tell anyone else to do the same. the few bucks saved wasn't worth the inconvenience.

 I fly a fair amount (20+ times per year) and have been on almost all major US carriers, this one takes the cake as the worst!
