Ended up booking elsewhere
Two terrible experiences with Frontier in a month, neither resulting in our being able to fly anywhere. Both times, I've ended up making an emergency, last-minute booking on a competing airline.
    Full Fright
The first trip, their website changed my itinerary from the days I had selected to over a week later. Didn't realize this until I tried to check in online 6 hours before the flight. This time, after checking in and then being stuck in a surprisingly long TSA security line, got to the gate just in time for them to close the cabin doors and be told too bad and that there was nothing they could do for us. No attempt to help find a flight on a different airline, no information on refunding this trip - just a blank, moronic stare while repeating the mantra "There's nothing that I can do for you." Had better service from a vending machine. Heed the negatives here. This airline is not worth the small handful of dollars you may save on a flight.
Frontier Failures
 They don't get anything right.

 Cheaper isn't always better.

Depending on which rules they choose to enforce, you can never be assured that you will be granted access to their boarding process.

I fly a fair amount (20+ times per year) and have been on almost all major US carriers, this one takes the cake as the worst!
