    I was surprised that despite the fact that my sister and I bought tickets together, we won't be sitting beside each other unless we pay an additional $40. Add to this the delay in the flight because of the second pilot and a missing manual required by the FAA to take off. I called CS to be seated by my sister on our return flight but got refused. A simple request they could not give.
    Full Fright
    When I checked-in before my flight from Denver to Los Angeles, I was surprised to find that I was not sitting next to my sister--despite the fact that our tickets were purchased together. While most competitors allow their customers to choose seats when they purchase tickets, Frontier doesn't allow this basic option when you purchase their tickets on other travel websites besides their own. This issue became even more irritating, when I found out that the only way I would be able to change my seat assignment was to upgrade to more expensive seats and pay and additional $40. Like most Americans, I do not have money to throw around, so I resigned myself to the situation. Unfortunately, my frustrating experience with Frontier continued to grow. After all passengers had boarded the plane, the captain made an announcement that there will be a delay because we had to wait for the second captain to arrive as well as the plane was missing manuals that are required by the FAA to take off. After waiting for over an hour, the manuals finally arrived. The terrible experience was compounded by the fact that I had to endure a flight that took four hours instead of what should have been a two-hour flight, and that I didn't get to even sit with the person I was traveling with. I called customer service to inform them of my terrible experience, as well as request a seat next to my sister for the return flight, and I was extremely disappointed to find out from a customer service representative that they did not care. Literally did not care. I explained to her my experience and requested that our seats be together for the return trip. Instead, she told me there was absolutely nothing she could do. I did not ask for a refund, a reimbursement, or any concessions except for the very basic request that our seats be together. I informed her that it made no difference to me where the seats were, as long as they were together. Still, there was nothing she could do. I am astounded at the kind of service that Frontier provided in my recent travel. I have never encountered such blatant disregard and poor customer service in my life. If I provided this kind of customer service to my clients, it would not be tolerated in the least at my work place. I am completely dismayed that a company as large and well-known as Frontier could function with such poor quality. When I emailed Frontier about this experience, I received a response that was a list of excuses for their mistakes and no apology. Terrible!

 Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.

 This airline is awful. They nickel and dime you, they are rude and unorganized. I will never fly this airline again...EVER
