    best negligence and at worst, extortion
    Summary
    I am writing this review because frontier customer service has still not contacted me regarding my complaint from 11/10/2013. I recently took a trip from Anaheim - Denver - DC. After flying 30+ times a year with numerous airlines this is easily the most upsetting and embarrassing experience ever. Read about my complaint.

    "I request an immediate credit to my account for the value of my crushed posters and the baggage fee because of the terrible service from your staff. (In Denver) At my original departure today I asked the staff multiple times if my poster tube was OK to bring on board. On top of already consolidating my bag, double checking again with your staff at SNA, and taking a flight to my connection in Denver it wasn't until the middle of my trip that your staff Informed me that I could not bring the tube onto the plane unless I paid them 25 dollars. I could've easily packed this at check in. Not only was the staff not helpful, they refused to understand anyone of the situation that your staff put us under. Please tell me what you are going to do about this. Your terrible staff training and communication has led to the destruction of cherished memories and a valuable collectors item. This is at best negligence and at worst, extortion

 The sexism and harassment was visceral and cruel by male agents.

 Good Luck not with us and probably not with the millions of parents and families who has a VERY SPECIAL PERSON and yes they are SPECIAL because they don't see this world as cruel as you do.

 But Frontier has LIED, telling AMEX we flew all four segments which is an absolute lie!

 Unacceptable...I will stick with Southwest Airlines from now on, and tell anyone else to do the same. the few bucks saved wasn't worth the inconvenience.

 This airline is an absolute joke, they nickel and dime you for everything, there is no customer service, and apparently the idea of a flight going as planned is impossible. With the arrival of United and Delta to our area never again will I fly with Frontier
