Frontier is understaffed that they cannot accommodate all the passengers and if you miss your flight because of this, you still have to pay for the change fee.

    Frontier Airlines is horrible. I am not one to write reviews but I have had a series of terrible experiences. Flying out of Indianapolis they are severely understaffed. Since the airline does not participate in digital boarding passes, I arrived over an hour early prior to boarding so I could do so, and get through security. The self check in computers were down and I was unable to print my pass, along with several others. We all waited in line listening to an irate customer rant about nothing that the rep could handle as it was out of her control. Finally they got a second rep to assist the the volume of people lining up. One hour prior I boarding the computers "shut down", so the reps could then go to the gate and begin boarding the plane. There were 8 of us that missed our flight because they were not able to print our passes once the computers shut down. So when they came back to rebook our flights we were all penalized $100 ($125 if you used kayak or another another agency) and required to rebook the flight. Not only have I experienced experienced issues in Indy, the Denver Airport where they are based is also understaffed and they don't have adequate space for all the passengers to wait. The gate speaker was also broken and the poor rep was trying to call for passengers and boarding zones over 500+ people near the boarding gate. I do not recommend this airline.
Frontier Failures
 They don't get anything right. 


 I fly a fair amount (20+ times per year) and have been on almost all major US carriers, this one takes the cake as the worst!

 Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.

 Traveling Frontier has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Rude, disrespectful and completely unhelpful. I would highly discourage traveling with them 


 "I detect an accent. Do you understand English?" - Frontier staff... This is clearly discrimination!!
