Mystery of the Missing Carseat!
    In one of my flights from Den to DSM together with my 9 month old son, I my luggage but the car seat was not there. I had to wait for 45 minutes because reps were nowhere to be found, I had to page them. Having done that, I still have to wait until an older woman appeared so I told her my situation. She rudely cut me off saying she had to close her station. After some more waiting she told me she couldn't help me so she'd call her mgr. Another hour went by, with numerous pagings, but no one came until a rep from AA helped me out. She was able to talk to the mgr, who is about to leave, but got the answer, "the station was closed. Call Den." ***Frontier! I was lucky that the AA rep lend me a carseat that they had. I will never ever recommend this airline to anyone!!Thank you AA!!! 394409

    I am a summit member or should I say was.. Traveling from Den to DSM with my 9 month old son when we landed in DSM found out that I got my luggage but my car seat did not make it;. I waited for 45 min to find a rep which there was no rep to be found!. Another airline told me I had to have them be paged,. I paged and paged and waited an hour now and finally this older lady was going toward the counter so I told her my situation and she cut me off and told me I had to wait as she had to close the station/. (what the *** does that mean)? Everytime I tried to talk to her she was staring at her computer:. I needed a car seat and she finally looked up and said that she couldn't help me and I would need to call Denver to find out where it was this old lady was rude and had no customer service what so ever??? My son was screaming and I just needed to know what to do as I needed a car seat/. She told me to wait and she would go get her mgr. Another hour goes by and saw no one, I ended up having them page a frontier rep AGAIN and no one came out. A nice person from American Airlines saw me and she asked me if I was waiting for a Frontier rep and I said yes I have been here for 2 hours and my car seat never showed up. She went in the back to see if she could find someone from Frontier and the mgr was leaving and she told him the situation and he said to the AA rep that the station was closed and to tell her to call Den. When the AA rep told me what happened I was appauld. *** Frontier! When the AA rep told me this I was furious but thanks to this AA rep she went out of her way and lend me a carseat they had in the back. I will never ever recommend this airline to anyone!!Thank you AA!!! 394409

 But Frontier has LIED, telling AMEX we flew all four segments which is an absolute lie! 


 Depending on which rules they choose to enforce, you can never be assured that you will be granted access to their boarding process. 


 I have never had a more infuriating, more frustrating, or more demoralizing experience traveling in my life! 


 Never again. Rude stewardesses, ignorant pilots, and nothing's free. The price isn't cheap enough for this.
