RUDE and irresponsible
    Delayed flight out of MKE caused us to miss the flight to SNA from Denver.
    Full Fright
    This flight actually left early. 15 passenger were rebooked to other flights at 8am and 8pm the next day (some on standby for already overbooked flights) We spent the night on thefloor of the airport because the voucher for the discounted hotel would only be helpful IF there were shuttles running to get us there. There were not and we never got on the 8am flight but our luggage did! We were rerouted to Seattle on Alaska Airlines (they were wonderful!!) and back down to SNA by 6pm that next day. However, our luggage was locked up and there were no employees to get it for us. We had no choice but to go to our hotel and wait until the next day (now 36 hours) to get our luggage.Ridiculous..
Frontier Failures
 Good Luck not with us and probably not with the millions of parents and families who has a VERY SPECIAL PERSON and yes they are SPECIAL because they don't see this world as cruel as you do. 


 But Frontier has LIED, telling AMEX we flew all four segments which is an absolute lie! 


 ...we were short a stewardess for our flight and we had to wait for them to arrive from another city...Completely unacceptable. 


 I have never had a more infuriating, more frustrating, or more demoralizing experience traveling in my life! 


 This airline is awful. They nickel and dime you, they are rude and unorganized. I will never fly this airline again...EVER
