Not competitive
    I was 45 minutes early to my flight from DEN to SAN and because the plane arrived earlier than scheduled, I get screwed because they can leave early. Lady at the desk was unaccommodating and particularly callous to my situation. I will never fly with them ever again.
    Full Fright
    The flight was boarding 45 minutes before the scheduled departure, so I was not allowed on due to an early boarding. Great for people who showed up early, bad for people who showed up at the cut off limit. The best she could do for me is get me on a flight 2 DAYS later, and acted like she was doing me a service. Even if the plane is able to be boarded early, it should NEVER leave before the scheduled departure time. Not only was I not refunded but I had to purchase an emergency ticket with United for $300. I attempted to call the airline 20 minutes prior to the 45 minute cut off time, but was on hold for that entire period. This airline does not have the customer service required to compete with other major airlines.
Frontier Failures
 Good Luck not with us and probably not with the millions of parents and families who has a VERY SPECIAL PERSON and yes they are SPECIAL because they don't see this world as cruel as you do. 


 But Frontier has LIED, telling AMEX we flew all four segments which is an absolute lie! 


 Cheaper isn't always better. 


 Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.

 Never again. Rude stewardesses, ignorant pilots, and nothing's free. The price isn't cheap enough for this.
