Frontier Airlines-Bad Customer Service in Orlando
    After checking in online and paying for 3 checked bags, they wouldn't include our checked bags on the flight. They told us to either pay $300 for change flight or get on the flight and just leave the baggage behind. I had to pay $100 to MAYBE get on a standby flight with the two remaining bag after they agreed to get my husband and my grandson on the flight with one bag. TERRIBLE customer service! I will avoid Frontier airlines from now on!
    Full Fright
    My husband & I took our 5 year old grandson to DisneyWorld for a week in June. Flying home, we got to the checkin gate after checking in online and paying for 3 checked bags 7 minutes past the cutoff to include our checked bags due to torential rainfall and generally poor weather conditions. The desk agent was very rude and told us we should either pay $300 to change flights or all 3 get on the flight together and leave our bags in Orlando! He had no options for us, even when I asked to simply allow us to fly on our original flight and check the bags on a later flight. Then finally he let my husband and our grandson get on the flight if he was willing to take one bag through security (and have them throw away about $30 worth of toiletries) only to have the gate agent check the bag anyway. Then I had to pay an extra $100.00 to maybe get on standby on a flight 4 hours later and check the other 2 bags on that flight with me. Having little choice, I stayed and paid $100 for the later flight and my husband took the early flight with our grandson and one bag. I checked my 2 bags for that standby flight, and then spoke to the gate agent and she got me on a flight that had a stopover in Illinois, but still got me to my destination an hour and a half sooner than the standby flight would have. So in the end I paid an extra $100, plus the lost toiletries and wasted several hours of my time, just to have 2 of my bags get home on another flight, which is what the desk agent said could NOT happen! Al I wanted was to fly on the original flight and come back and pick up our 3 paid checked bags later, which is basically what they could have easily done in the first place. When I got home I registered a complaint to Frontier airlines and got a canned response basically saying 'Oh well, too bad, we can't do anything about it.' They didn't even address my concerns in my complaint. So I registered another complaint, getting just about the same response yet again. TERRIBLE customer service! I will avoid Frontier airlines from now on!

 The sexism and harassment was visceral and cruel by male agents. 


 They don't get anything right. 


 The worst airline I've flown. 


 Cheaper isn't always better. 


 Depending on which rules they choose to enforce, you can never be assured that you will be granted access to their boarding process.
