Left earlier than scheduled
    Contrary to what I read in most reviews, my flight didn't get delayed, but rather, it left earlier than schedule so I got left behind and had to pay $100 for change fee.
    Full Fright
    My flight experience with Frontier Airlines proved to be negative because they do not maintain flight schedule. I was waiting for a flight in Houston TX to Wilmington DE and the flight was due for a 4:20pm Departure. I arrived at the gate at 4:05pm to find they had already boarded and closed the doors not allowing me to board. I was then charged a $100 fee to change my flight because they say it was my fault i missed the flight. This company's customer service level was happy to keep my ticket money and my 100 change fee even though it was well documented that they left the airport scheduled time early. I hear of people reporting that they are happy that the flights are early this is the reason. On the receiving end it cost me an extra 100 bucks. I'll be booking with other airlines at this point.
Frontier Failures
 They don't get anything right. 


 The worst airline I've flown. 


 ...we were short a stewardess for our flight and we had to wait for them to arrive from another city...Completely unacceptable. 


 Traveling Frontier has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Rude, disrespectful and completely unhelpful. I would highly discourage traveling with them 


 "I detect an accent. Do you understand English?" - Frontier staff... This is clearly discrimination!!
