Bad Job Frontier!
    I paid for a Classic plus months ago so that I can be sure to have extra legroom. On the morning of the flight, I checked in online and found out that my seat was changed to something else and there is nothing that they could do about it but to give me a $50 voucher. I couldn't even refund the extra payment I made for the stretch seating.
    Full Fright
    Frontier Airlines is usually such a good experience. But this time, they really failed. I had paid extra for Classic Plus seating on a recent Denver/Detroit/Denver trip. This ensured that I was to have Stretch Seating, just a little extra leg room. I confirmed my seat on February 18th for a 4th of July weekend trip. Checked in online the morning of my flight and saw that my seat assignment had been changed from 2C (aisle seat stretch seating) to 9B, middle seat in a row that didn't recline. When I talked to the agent at the airport, she said call customer service as this was happening a lot and there were no stretch seats left on the plane. When I called them this morning, I was told that I was right and their only recourse was to give me a $50 voucher. The only was I could get a refund on the portion of my fare that was the upgrade that I had paid for 5 months ago was if I had paid for it on a separate transaction, which they don't mention when you buy your ticket. And, just as a bonus, I got to spend 2 1/2 hours sitting with a woman who had a cold and was coughing and sneezing the whole way. Bad job, Frontier.

 They don't get anything right. 


 The worst airline I've flown. 


 ...we were short a stewardess for our flight and we had to wait for them to arrive from another city...Completely unacceptable. 


 I have never had a more infuriating, more frustrating, or more demoralizing experience traveling in my life! 


 This airline is awful. They nickel and dime you, they are rude and unorganized. I will never fly this airline again...EVER
