Terrible business decisions all wrapped up in one little plane
    I picked them simply because they were the cheapest in one instance. Little did I know what a ride I was in.
    Full Fright
    It all started out with my mistake... I got to the airport a little bit late, and I was not allowed to check my bag. I didn't panic, and I tried to assess my options. I asked how much it'd cost to check my bag. He avoided the question and eventually said it was free. However, when I got to the plane, I was told that it was to large to gate check and charged $100! This was unacceptable and I will never fly with them again. The in flight service was laughable. No free drinks. Plus when ever you book with someone that's not them they don't even give you one carry on. only one smaller personal item. ridiculous. No free drinks. The nerve to install a screen that/s hard to turn off and has a CREDIT CARD SLOT built right in. You have to pay even to access the flight tracker. Some airlines are criticized for nicking and dimeing, but they take it to the next level.
Frontier Failures
 But Frontier has LIED, telling AMEX we flew all four segments which is an absolute lie! 


 ...we were short a stewardess for our flight and we had to wait for them to arrive from another city...Completely unacceptable. 


 This airline is an absolute joke, they nickel and dime you for everything, there is no customer service, and apparently the idea of a flight going as planned is impossible. With the arrival of United and Delta to our area never again will I fly with Frontier 


 This airline is awful. They nickel and dime you, they are rude and unorganized. I will never fly this airline again...EVER 


 Never again. Rude stewardesses, ignorant pilots, and nothing's free. The price isn't cheap enough for this.
