A lot of problems with Frontier
If you want to arrive at your destination on time or at all......i would suggest that you use any other airline!!
    Full Fright
On Sunday, April 12, 2014 the portion of our flight from Las Vegas to Denver (Flight 778) was delayed 3 hours due to snow/weather in Denver, however, the attendants held us for an additional 40 minutes at the gate because passanges had booked other flights and there was 3 empty seats. They brought 4 people over to fill the 3 seats (I am not a genuiss, but someone can not count), and then had to figure out which person was not going to stay/who had get off the plane, by the time we got to Denver we missed our connecting flight by 15-20 minutes! It happened to be the last flight out of Denver to Houston that day, and with all the other who were stranded, we could not get a flingt out with Frontier until 3:00 pm the next day! Why was it that Frontier could hold our plane at the gate in Las Vegas for 3 passanges from another flight, but could not hold our connection in Denver for 15-20 minutes for 5+ passangers who had paid months in advance for their tickets!? I had to pay $1,300 to buy additional tickets on United Airlines to get home at a decent time. I had to pay check bag fees again, etc... I realized once on the United flight that just how horrible the Frontier flight was. Uncofortable seats, poor services and they charge for everything! I am supposed to be receiving a refund for the unused protion of my tickets, I would like to know what my refund for that will be, but that is very little, considering the trouble and extra expense I had to go through, the stress, the sleeping on the airport floor, the extra day of parking at the airport at IAH, etc... This was my first time to fly Frontier, as of right now, it will be my last. The first 2 Customer Services people I dealt with at the airport were very rude and not helpful at all. There where hundreds of people who were stranded and you did very little to assistat. I would understand if it was the weather that had us miss our flight, but it was the fact that Frontier held us at the gate, for 3 people for 40 minutes, who were pulled from another flight or stand by! That caused us to miss our connection. I want a full refund for the portion of my ticket from Las Vegas to Houston. I want a refund for the LAS to IAH portion of my ticket, not just the unused portion. It was not my fault, nor the weather fault that caused us to miss our connection, but Frontier's fault. This is uacceptable. If you want to have repeat customers, you have to have better service than this. And you can not cause people to miss their connections. I had a son who had a job interview, who had to sleep on the floor, did not even have time to go home and shower, I was able to get him on the 6:50 am flight so that he could make his interview, but he was exhauseted and was not his best. I had a daughter who is at a new job, and had to miss the day of work yesterday. These are just my compliants, I am sure there are many many others, how does Frontier operate like this?
Frontier Failures

 They don't get anything right.

 Cheaper isn't always better.

Depending on which rules they choose to enforce, you can never be assured that you will be granted access to their boarding process.

Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.
