They disgrace the industry
I helped a friend by booking a flight for her. There was a minor error was made and Frontier could've made necessary changes without costing them anything, nor will it create trouble to anyone. but they didn't.
    Full Fright
My friend is celebrating her 95th Birthday and ask me to book a flight to go from Tampa to Cleveland to see her family, which I did with Frontier Airlines..... I booked a bag Carry-on instead of Check-in, which was $25 each way.... I called and asked If I could change it to Check-in and was told no.... I said but it's cheaper to check-in and was not asking for a refund, still I was told no.... I then offered to pay an extra $40 and still told no. I asked agent to speak to a supervisor and still told no..... I retired from the airlines after 20 yrs and our motto was.... "Let's see what we can do for you." I just wanted my friend to have no problems at the airport, which may probably be her last trip..... I understand airlines are in business to make money, but how difficult is it to change Carry-on to Check-in, not asking for refund. DISGRACEFUL!!!!! You deserve to lose customers.
Frontier Failures
The sexism and harassment was visceral and cruel by male agents.

 Cheaper isn't always better.

I fly a fair amount (20+ times per year) and have been on almost all major US carriers, this one takes the cake as the worst!

JK Roland

Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.

"I detect an accent. Do you understand English?" - Frontier staff... This is clearly discrimination!!
