Missed a flight when I got to the airport an hour before it left
    Frontier Airlines is absolute trash.I could have booked a flight with a decent airline for the same price. Here's why:
    Full Fright
    I got to the airport at 11:00 when my flight left at 11:50. By the time I got to the unmanned kiosk to check in, it was approximately 11:07. When I tried to check in, the automated kiosk "could not find my information in the system." I then proceeded to go to the ticket counter to find out what the deal was. By the time I got to the attendant it was 11:25, still enough time to make my flight. He informed me that because I was 2 minutes late to check in (remember the kiosk) that my seat had been given away. You see, Frontier will give your seat away if you are not checked in EXACTLY 45 minutes prior to departure. However, the worst part is, if I wanted to fly standby to try and catch the next available flight, I had to pay am EXTRA $50!!!! The customer rep said that because I missed my flight, I had to reserve another seat on a different flight and be charged the $50 flight change fee. Even though I paid $200 for the original flight I now had to pay more to have a *** chance to get to my desired destination. Moral of the story, frontier sucks. Oh yeah, and Shen I tried to call Frontier to voice my complaint, there was a 45 minute hold.I am disputing the charges with my credit card company.

 They don't get anything right. 


 Air crew forced us to violate FAA’s on-board regulations! 


 Unacceptable...I will stick with Southwest Airlines from now on, and tell anyone else to do the same. the few bucks saved wasn't worth the inconvenience.

 I fly a fair amount (20+ times per year) and have been on almost all major US carriers, this one takes the cake as the worst!

 Traveling Frontier has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Rude, disrespectful and completely unhelpful. I would highly discourage traveling with them
