    My husband recently flew (or tried to anyway) on Frontier from Atlanta to Salt Lake, through Denver. The line at the check-in was an hour and a half long, and they were not taking people about to miss flights out of line to check them in. I called customer service while he was waiting to see if there was anything that could be done. They were aware of the problem and assured me "the plane wouldn't leave without all those people". The first of many lies told to me by Frontier. Well, the flight did leave without all those people. Eventually, my husband was re-booked on a Delta flight leaving about ten hours later, which the gate agent said was the first available flight, but the customer service rep on the phone contradicted. When he showed up for his Delta flight that afternoon, he found out he did not have a confirmed reservation, and had to be booked yet again on a flight two hours later, despite being assured by Frontier that the reservation was confirmed. Well, I followed up with customer service. They refused to apologize for the situation or for any of the misinformation given to us. They claimed it was my husband's fault for not arriving two hours early. I mentioned that at least a dozen other people also missed that flight because of the check-in situation. The rep told me that of 121 passengers, 22 missed the flight, but that since a "majority" made the flight it was the passengers' fault. I asked about the unconfirmed seat on Delta. The blamed Delta, claiming they just overbooked the flight. When I later called Delta to ask about this, they say their records showed that the seat was never confirmed, and they sent an "HL" code to Frontier, which indicates a wait list. When I called Frontier back, they maintained it was Delta's fault. I asked to speak to a supervisor, who has yet to call me back three days later. Honestly, I wasn't looking for freebies. Had they offered a sincere apology or explanation, I would have been happy. We will never fly Frontier again.

 Unacceptable...I will stick with Southwest Airlines from now on, and tell anyone else to do the same. the few bucks saved wasn't worth the inconvenience.

 ...we were short a stewardess for our flight and we had to wait for them to arrive from another city...Completely unacceptable.

 This airline is awful. They nickel and dime you, they are rude and unorganized. I will never fly this airline again...EVER
