    stuck in San Diego
    Summary
    So my brother can't get to San Diego because the airline screwed him over.
    Full Fright
    According to them he arrived a few minutes "late" and would not allow him to board. (He knows the recommended arrival time and arrived with plenty of time to check in, etc) He watched from the sidelines as the plane took off without him. Now he has no way of getting here without paying thousands of dollars. The lack of concern he has been dealing with is atrocious. Thank you very much Frontier Airlines, for not caring about your customers. We won't be using your airline again and we will be sure to tell everyone we know about his horrible experience.

 Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.
