    First time flying Frontier instead of Southwest and was very disappointed!
    Summary
    I should have stuck with Southwest and saved myself from frustration.
    Full Fright
    Not only do they charge you for checking a bag but also for any carry-on and they charge you to sit with your party. The check in process is inefficient and slow, the staff are not nice. Once on the flight, there is a charge for any beverages and snacks, but water is free! They then try and convince you to sign up for their credit card wit their on-board "deal" and awkwardly try and explain why it is a good idea. Will definitely be paying a little more to fly Southwest

 Depending on which rules they choose to enforce, you can never be assured that you will be granted access to their boarding process.

 Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.
