Our first and last time flying Frontier - this was seriously a horrible experience.
Let me preface this by saying that if you are part of the frequent flyer program or buy directly from http://Frontier.com, you may not have so many problems. I can't tell you how many times over the course of our trip I heard an employee say, "Oh, that's because you booked through priceline," or, "This wouldn't be a problem if you had booked at http://flyfrontier.com!" Listen, if you don't want your tickets sold on priceline, don't offer them on priceline. Plain and simple.
    Full Fright
My husband and I were taking an anniversary trip to San Francisco (Nashville-Denver-San Francisco) and we have never had worse travel experience. The airline is incredibly understaffed and the attendants are beyond rude. We requested adjacent seats but did not have them on any of our flights ("Because you booked through priceline!" they said.). Our flight home from SF-Denver was delayed, causing us to miss our connection to Nashville by 5 minutes. They wouldn't hold the plane, the airline wouldn't pay for a hotel (because it was an "act of God"), and we had to stay in Denver overnight. (That's quite an added expense when you're not planning on it.) I actually witnessed an elderly lady in a wheelchair who was traveling alone explain that she couldn't afford or get to a hotel on her own and so she had to stay in the airport. The attendants at the counter were discussing where they could wheel her to that would be a "safe area" for her to sleep in overnight. I'm sorry, but that is totally unacceptable in my book. I applaud the workers for being helpful but the airline should have never put them in that position. To add to that, they lost our luggage and couldn't tell us where it was - they had no idea! They couldn't get us on a flight until the same time the next day (6:55 PM), though when we got to the airport that next day, it had been delayed until 10:43. (That's 28 hours, if anyone's counting.) When it got closer to time to board our flight, there was a TON of confusion about gate changes, time changes (got moved up to 10:13 but they neglected to announce that to anyone or change the time on the departure board), etc. It was just a huge mess. In short, we won't be flying this airline again. They are understaffed, unorganized, and it seems I'm not the only one having this problem. Almost all the flights leaving from our airport on Frontier were delayed. It may be cheaper, but it's just not worth the headache to deal with such an incompetent company.
Frontier Failures
Good Luck not with us and probably not with the millions of parents and families who has a VERY SPECIAL PERSON and yes they are SPECIAL because they don't see this world as cruel as you do.

 They don't get anything right.

 The worst airline I've flown.

Depending on which rules they choose to enforce, you can never be assured that you will be granted access to their boarding process.

I have never had a more infuriating, more frustrating, or more demoralizing experience traveling in my life!
