Over-reacting FA
They changed our reserved seat to the emergency exit seats to accommodate a family to sit together. The FA then started to go over the instructions but since I was a little croggy from taking a dramamine pill, she started making a scene, transferred us to two separate seats and threatened us with a police beating!
    Full Fright
I flew on Frontier Airlines on 4/30/2013 on flight # 478 from Orlando to Harrisburg. When I arrived at the Orlando Airport, I was told they were changing my seats (that I had booked 5 months in advance) so another family could sit together. My new seats were now the emergency exit seats. The FA, Lynda, was going over the instructions but I was little a croggy from taking a dramamine pill. She immediately started to tell me I was not competent to sit at the emergency exit and ask my husband and I to immediately vacate our seats. She two other people in these seats and then gave us seats that were in two different rows. When my husband said we wanted seats beside each other (this was what we had originally booked), she told us to take a seat or get off the plane. She then told me that I shouldn't have been "pill popping". My husband then asked for her name, which she ignore his request 3 times before finally responding. One of the passengers who had taken our place in the emergency exit row then asked what happened and the Flight Attendant, Lynda, immediately begins to tell the passenger that I was "pill popping" and not competent to sit there. My husband asked her to stop talking about me and she responded by saying "he needs to sit there and be quiet or she would get the law enforcement to give him a beating". My husband was calmly sitting in his seat with his seat belt on and did not raise his voice or swear at her but apparently she felt the need to threaten us with a police beating! If not for this incident, I would have rated frontier fairly decent, as both our flights from and to Harrisburg left early and the seating area was comfortable. However, the FA, Lynda, ruined my whole experience and left a sour note for the end of our vacation.
Frontier Failures
The sexism and harassment was visceral and cruel by male agents.

Air crew forced us to violate FAA’s on-board regulations!

 Cheaper isn't always better.

Unacceptable...I will stick with Southwest Airlines from now on, and tell anyone else to do the same. the few bucks saved wasn't worth the inconvenience.

I fly a fair amount (20+ times per year) and have been on almost all major US carriers, this one takes the cake as the worst!
