This is the worst flight especially for my disabled sister
    First time using Frontier, worse experience. The flight attendants Mandy & Linda on the 7am 02/01/14 - Flight 560 out of SD to Denver were probably the worst ever.
    Full Fright
    First of all, I thought flight attendants were supposed to attractive & fit & neat. Ms. Mandy was extremely unprofessional, disheveled in appearance & barely fit down the aisles. She passed my disabled sister and I while going thru asking about refreshments. Completely ignored me. Called her three times since she was only one aisle behind me. She ignored me, turned and said she would come back. 10 mins later, she said she thought we were asleep. I made direct eye contact prior to her passing us. After coming back, her coworker Linda shrilly said, 'she didn't do it on purpose - come on. They handed me my water and walked away calling me a B--tch! Anyhow, I'm waiting for my crossover to go to Chicago,they are late for boarding. In addition they kept on telling me the wrong gate.
Frontier Failures
 Good Luck not with us and probably not with the millions of parents and families who has a VERY SPECIAL PERSON and yes they are SPECIAL because they don't see this world as cruel as you do. 


 Unacceptable...I will stick with Southwest Airlines from now on, and tell anyone else to do the same. the few bucks saved wasn't worth the inconvenience.

 I fly a fair amount (20+ times per year) and have been on almost all major US carriers, this one takes the cake as the worst!

 Worst Airline. Flights always delayed. Poor customer service. Delayed over 3 hours in Denver. I would never fly this Airline. Service has gone down hill over the past few years.
