    My sister came out to Portland from Minnesota on Frontier. She was not charged for carry-on luggage on her way out, but she was charged $50 for the trip back. Moreover, the daughter and mother she was flying with was suddenly charged $150 extra dollars. I will never fly Frontier for their lies and deceit.

    I flew from Cincinnati to Bozeman, connecting through Denver.My trip was to go fly fishing in Montana, so I had an expensive fly rod with me. I checked in and boarded in Cincinnati with no problem. But not in Denver.

    In Denver the gate agent refused to let me board because my fly rod did not fit the size requirements. I said "they had no problem with it in Cincinnati" to which he replied "well I wasn't in Cincinnati." I asked for a supervisor who said the same thing. I don't mind some product differentiation in which they charge extra for "extras", but it is completely ridiculous that they intentionally won't allow people traveling together to sit together without paying an extra fee. That is one bag each. My daughters were very upset, as they had little cash with them and no credit cards. This is a form of extortion as far as I am concerned.
