    Flew from SLC to Denver then to Puerto Vallarta. First flew with small children all separated from parents when asked to change seats was told by a very rude stewardess that we had to stay in assigned seats. What person flying wants to sit next to someone else's crying two year old? Then the stewardess had the nerve to talk to other passengers about us, very unprofessional. Pay the extra fly Delta.

I don't mind some product differentiation in which they charge extra for "extras", but it is completely ridiculous that they intentionally won't allow people traveling together to sit together without paying an extra fee.     I've been a satisfied Frontier customer for about 10 years, tapering off my patronage after they dropped Boise and my family member moved from there. In all that time, pleasant flight crews and no lost baggage. However, I sense there's been a paradigm shift in the way Frontier treats its customers, and what I experienced and observed yesterday is consistent with so many complaints about this airline.

    My booking included 2 passengers, rt ATL-SEA, partially paid for with ER miles. That's actually what prompted the trip use or lose notice for my ER miles. I paid for stretch seating an additional $30/apiece on each flight, or $120. The ATL-SEA piece was without incident.     Not only do they charge you for checking a bag but also for any carry-on and they charge you to sit with your party. The check in process is inefficient and slow, the staff are not nice. Once on the flight, there is a charge for any beverages and snacks, but water is free! They then try and convince you to sign up for their credit card wit their on-board "deal" and awkwardly try and explain why it is a good idea. Will definitely be paying a little more to fly Southwest

    Went from DCA to Denver for a spring break trip with family. I booked through Orbitz and found out that Frontier makes your life difficult if you don't book through their site. Had to pay $8 per seat - so I could sit with my kids! This airline nickel and dimes you - so many fees! I feel like I was shaken down by the end of the flight!! 4hr flight and no free beverages?!! $2 for my kids to get a soda??! The airline staff is rude and unhelpful - clearly under staffed and trying to save money.

    Let me preface this by saying that if you are part of the frequent flyer program or buy directly from http://Frontier.com, you may not have so many problems. I can't tell you how many times over the course of our trip I heard an employee say, "Oh, that's because you booked through priceline," or, "This wouldn't be a problem if you had booked at http://flyfrontier.com!"
