    I've been a satisfied Frontier customer for about 10 years, tapering off my patronage after they dropped Boise and my family member moved from there. In all that time, pleasant flight crews and no lost baggage. However, I sense there's been a paradigm shift in the way Frontier treats its customers, and what I experienced and observed yesterday is consistent with so many complaints about this airline.

    My booking included 2 passengers, rt ATL-SEA, partially paid for with ER miles. That's actually what prompted the trip use or lose notice for my ER miles. I paid for stretch seating an additional $30/apiece on each flight, or $120. The ATL-SEA piece was without incident.     Frontier is very slow to answer their phones. Customer Care won't even talk to you, only by email. The hold times are anywhere from 30 min to an hour on better. I lost my miles with them because I could not talk to a person before they expired and when I finally got to a person I was too late and they said there was nothing they could do. Their no frills flights are OK. You have to buy everything but the employees are nice when you are able to talk to them... Thanks...

    Not only do they charge you for checking a bag but also for any carry-on and they charge you to sit with your party. The check in process is inefficient and slow, the staff are not nice. Once on the flight, there is a charge for any beverages and snacks, but water is free! They then try and convince you to sign up for their credit card wit their on-board "deal" and awkwardly try and explain why it is a good idea. Will definitely be paying a little more to fly Southwest

    I recently flew American Airlines to Seattle to get my two children and we flew Frontier back to TN. I had no problems at all with American to Seattle. No unexpected fees and charges or hassles at all. You should know that your buck doesn't stop with buying a ticket with Frontier.     Flt 232 from Denver to Nashville, 06/04. The ticket was not much cheaper than on Southwest. My computer travel system booked it because it was cheaper, but it did not figure in the extra $20 for a checked bag and $30 for the carry on bag. Then they charged for a drink and snack! Charged for watching TV, yes you have to use your own phone, ipad or laptop but it is free. Plus if you want to select you seat in advance it is from $8 to $15 extra. This will be the last time I fly on Frontier.

    Went from DCA to Denver for a spring break trip with family. I booked through Orbitz and found out that Frontier makes your life difficult if you don't book through their site. Had to pay $8 per seat - so I could sit with my kids! This airline nickel and dimes you - so many fees! I feel like I was shaken down by the end of the flight!! 4hr flight and no free beverages?!! $2 for my kids to get a soda??! The airline staff is rude and unhelpful - clearly under staffed and trying to save money.

    This is by far the worst travel experience I have ever had. We purchased our tickets on the Frontier website. We planned to purchase stretch seating on the return flight because their regular seats are far too small.
